About me and my approach

My name is Katie Carroll and I am an Accredited Counsellor. I have been a counsellor for many years working with individuals with many different problems. My approach is based on a practical problem solving method. I am open and non-judgemental and can provide individuals with an environment to help them find the answers to their problems. I am very passionate about counselling and believe in the importance of individuals getting the right psychological support in order that they can live a full and rewarding life.

I am registered with both BUPA and Aviva.

Training & Qualification/Specialities

I originally graduated as an Occupational Therapist in 2000 and in 2002 I undertook a post graduate training course to achieve an Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Counselling. I am now an accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
